The legacy of Godha Cabcon began with the manufacture of ACSR conductors. Reborn as a partnership firm in 2006 and later incorporated in 2016, the company has grown into a public limited company with a robust manufacturing and project portfolio.

• Founded in 1987 by Late Shri Dilip Godha under “Dewas Conductor”.
• Re-established in 2006 as M/s Godha Cabcon & Insulation (a partnership firm).
• Became a proprietorship in 2008 under Mrs. Madhu Godha.
